Membership Terms

Allocation and Society are continuous and, can be canceled in writing after receiving one year’s worth of charges. The only obligation a member agrees to is accepting the minimum of three (3) Allocations, or twelve months worth of Society charges. Society Membership is activated after an initial $250 wine purchase; Allocation is activated when you purchase the first allocation or an equivalent amount. We are not able to refund Membership Allocations or Society monthly charges after the charge has been processed. We notify in advance when order processing will occur and require all updates for billing, shipping, etc. to be submitted prior to the specified processing date. Once processed, we are not able to make any adjustments to your charge.

The release price listed is an average estimation only and is not inclusive of taxes or shipping costs. Pick up wines will be available onsite during the pick up period. Complimentary tastings per membership may vary during special events as well as winery/vineyard tours, elevated tasting experiences, and for large party tastings which may incur additional fees. We require reservations for all tastings.

By signing up for this Membership, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Membership policy stated on the brochure given to you when you became a Member, and you authorize all wine club charges. I authorize Alexana to charge my credit card on file for my Membership payments.

Memberships are continuous and may be cancelled after receiving at least one year of charges. All shipments require a signature of recipient 21 years or older, and I agree to receive those shipments successfully or pay for reshipments in the case of returns and reships. By providing my email and phone number, I agree to receive emails and updates about special wine releases and winery information.
