In 2021, our winemakers at Revana had a rare opportunity to work with famed winegrower, Kent Ritchie, and one California’s most iconic Chardonnay vineyards - the Russian River Valley Grand Cru, ‘Ritchie Vineyard’. The result is a mere five barrels of a very special Chardonnay born from Dr. Revana’s love of Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault.

The 2021 Revana Richie Vineyard Chardonnay offers a rich, silk-like texture framed by hints of citrus, earth, and oak. Located in the Russian River Valley with a northwest orientation, this site slowly ripens the Chardonnay over a long growing season. The result is an exquisite wine with a complexity of lush textures, freshness, and an impeccable balance and length only found in a few vineyards outside of Burgundy.
